Service request intake
A form, confirmation and request detail screen. Save a request, reopen it and check that the selected record is the one you update.
APPSTRUCT · TELEGRAM MINI APP BUILDER
AppStruct is a visual builder for the web interface behind a Telegram Mini App. Design screens, connect saved data and configure Telegram actions, then launch your published HTTPS URL from a bot menu.
Visual interface and workflows in AppStruct. Bot configuration and backend access checks in your project.
START WITH ONE COMPLETE WORKFLOW
These are project ideas to validate, not shipped customer case studies. Keep the first release small enough to test every saved record and access rule.
A form, confirmation and request detail screen. Save a request, reopen it and check that the selected record is the one you update.
A short event description and an interest form. Confirm the saved response before showing success; add a separate backend if you need capacity limits or tickets.
A list and detail view for useful resources. Start with public content; protect private material through backend authorization before adding member-only access.
For the underlying screens and data workflow, use the worked AppStruct example. For platform-wide capabilities, see App Builder.
PRODUCT CAPABILITY REFERENCE
Select a Telegram Action in the visual editor and configure its fields. The table separates each control from the behavior you still need to verify.
| Task | Editor controls | Scope and checks |
|---|---|---|
| Display Telegram profile fields | Get Current User | Map fields such as User ID, First Name, Username and Language Code to elements. Provide a fallback for optional fields and ordinary browser visits. Displayed profile data does not authorize database access. |
| Show Telegram buttons | Show / Hide Main Button; Show / Hide Back Button | Control button visibility and the main button’s text and colors. Showing a button alone does not connect a save or navigation workflow. Keep an in-app submit button and test its database result. |
| Ask or inform the user | Show Alert; Show Confirm | Display a message or configure separate confirm and cancel actions. Check both branches and display a success message only after the underlying operation succeeds. |
| Adapt the Telegram surface | Expand Viewport; Set Header Color; Set Background Color | Request more viewport space and set surrounding colors. Expansion does not prove that fields remain visible above the keyboard; check the final layout in each target client. |
| Add feedback or close the app | Haptic Feedback; Close App | Configure impact, notification or selection feedback and close the Mini App. Verify client support and save completion before closing; a haptic response is not a saved-record receipt. |
| Configure a Stars payment step | Pay with Stars | Configure a bot, invoice title, description and Stars price, with success and error actions. Plan and verify server-side payment confirmation, fulfillment and duplicate handling separately before selling access. |
See the Telegram action walkthrough and Telegram’s Mini Apps API reference. A client-side success branch alone is not proof of a completed payment.
FROM THE EDITOR TO THE BOT MENU
Design a phone-friendly screen, connect its form to AppStruct tables or your configured data source, and add explicit success and failure states. Test with fictional records before adding private information.
Use the Web App publishing flow. Open the published address directly and confirm that the form saves and reopens the intended record. The editor preview URL is not the bot-menu destination.
In BotFather, use /setmenubutton or Bot Settings → Menu Button to supply the button text and the published URL. Keep the bot token out of browser code. Follow Telegram’s menu-button instructions.
Launch from the configured bot on each intended client. Check the keyboard, optional profile fields, back navigation, interrupted saves and reopen behavior. Record the client version and the saved record’s actual ID.
A REPEATABLE FIRST RELEASE
Use the existing 20-case validation log to record observed results. Its blank results are a worksheet, not evidence that your project has passed.
QUICK ANSWERS
Yes. AppStruct provides a visual app editor, data actions and configurable Telegram actions. Build and publish the Web App, then connect its HTTPS URL to your bot. Bot setup, trusted identity verification and your backend access rules remain part of the project.
A Mini App opens a web interface inside Telegram. A chatbot exchanges messages and commands. AppStruct builds the interface; use your bot’s menu to launch it. Automated bot conversations and notifications need their own bot-side implementation.
No. Mapping Telegram profile fields to a screen does not establish a trusted session or restrict saved records. Verify the raw Telegram initData on your backend, check its age and enforce record access before returning private data.
The bot-menu launch described here opens your published Web App URL inside Telegram. It does not submit a separate iOS or Android app to an app store. Test the published URL and each intended Telegram client before inviting users.
